A short flow: cat/cow; bridge/bow

I am currently going through my 200 hour YTT. This is one of the first flows with which I’m experimenting. I’ve decided to be brave enough to post it. I want to stress that yogic philosophy teaches that each individual embrace where his/her body is right now – in the present. Bodies change and morph in size, weight, composition. Listen to your body and do what it needs at the present time.
