This class looks at the plant Melissa officinalis (common names include lemon balm, lemon mint). We will discuss it botanical classification; growing conditions; energetic properties; compare its use fresh and dried.
Those attending in-person will receive samples of the plant (fresh and dried). In-person attendance is capped at ten individuals.
