Its everywhere

We all experience itIts how we deal with it that matters!

C’mon out to HerbalCon 🌿 2027 at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds in Wapakoneta, Ohio on March 6, 2027. From 10am to 4pm, we will be learning, networking, shopping and doing more to deal with our stress.

Itinerary for the day

10am – de-stress your brain with a morning breathing exercise with Nichole Linebaugh of Nichole Rose Coaching. This short exercise prepares those brain cells to start synapsing in order to soak up all the things

10:15am – Stress & YOU: A Functional Medicine Approach Jennifer L. Rawlins, MD IFMCP owner of Alpha Functional Wellness DPC LLC

11:30am – Aromatherapy for stress management – Lori Osterloh-Hagaman will have a small distillation set up there to demonstrate how essential oils are made. Sarah Bellman will give a hands-on mini workshop making an aromatherapy salt soak aimed toward stress relief. Cost for this is built in to the admission fee.

12:30am – Herbs for Stress Aids…and none are “that herb” 😉😆😀 by Lori Osterloh-Hagaman, herbalist & natural health consultant, owner of The Herbchick LLC

1:30pm – Fire Cider tasting and voting opens; ends 3pm

1:45pm – Mushrooms and their benefits – Michael Goldstick of Guided by Mushrooms

3pm – Herbal Infusions the Wise Woman Way with Rae Neal of Common Sense Medical Consulting
