Any of these terms sound like you? Let’s take a walk through how to read a scientific study. We’ll learn about some types of studies, statistical reliability, sample size, and why headlines can be misleading. We’ll also learn where to find reliable journals and sources. In a world where spotting the scam is becoming increasingly difficult, it is important that we, as alternative and complimentary health professionals KNOW what we’re looking at and not just guessing. I spent over 20 years slowly working toward my Bachelor’s of Science from The Ohio State University in biology and psychology. Let me guide you through a beginner’s crash course on understanding research papers.
